Hej,
Brödet jag bakade igår blev riktigt bra. Jag jäste dem på plåt i kylen över natten och gräddade dem imorse.
De blev riktigt fluffiga och fina. Receptet kommer senare.
The bread I made yesterday turned out really well. I let them sit on a baking tray in the fridge during the night, so they could rise slowly, and then baked them off this morning.
They were really fluffy and nice.

I onsdags bakade jag saffransbullar med mandelmassa, smör, apelsin och vit choklad i fyllningen. Igår gräddade jag dem. De blev riktigt goda med tydlig apelsinsmak.
Jag la några i en sockerkaksform och fick en fin krans.
Även receptet på dessa kommer senare.
On Wednesday I made saffron buns with a filling made of butter, marzipan (almond icing) orange and some grated white chocolate. Yesterday I baked them and served at the Lucia-celebration we had invited our parents over for. The buns were really good, and tasted a lot of orange. I put some of the buns in a bundt pan before baking them, and got a nice looking wreath.
