Waiting for the third accident

I’ve had some bad luck recently and you know the saying, an accident never travels alone, or something like that.

First it was my car on Friday evening. It just wouldn’t start. I’d say dead is the best way to describe it, and no it was not the battery.

We left it there and went home, it will be taken care of on Wednesday.

Friday night I needed that grapefruit drink as I was annoyed with the car and pissed of with the hubby for not coming to pick me up straight away when I called.

Nooo, he had to argue with me for a looong time about why I din’t use the key instead of the start button, and perhaps I could read about this problem in the car manual.

It was freezing cold and all I wanted was to go home.

After a rather loud altercation he realised the car would not start and he’d better come and get me.

Second thing that happened this weekend was a clogged up kitchen sink/plumbing. Not good at all when a big dinner has been cooked, using lots of pots, pans, kitchen appliances and plates.

It was fixed on Sunday (hubby stepped in 🙂 ) but all of the mess could not be taken care of in one evening, so I continued the work today. The dishwasher program takes forever, so I only have time for one load per night.

It’s all done and clean now though.

So now I am waiting for the third bad thing. I’d much rather win the lottery! Goddess of fortune, if you are reading this, please do think of me. Much appreciated!
