Good morning!
Every day I wake up and the sun is shining makes me happy. Yes I live in a sun deprived and mostly cold country, so the few months of summer are highly appreciated.
It seems to be a good day weather wise. I hope the day will be good in other ways too.
My last day of work this week! Tomorrow is the Swedish National Day. We celebrate quietly by not working, yeah party people!!!
Anyway, I wish you alla lovely day! Yesterday I posted the recipe for a yummy coffee cake with strawberries and chocolate. I will add the recipe in English too.
After work today I will prepare two very Swedish foods which I am thinking we will have for breakfast tomorrow.
